GINGER-LIME STIR FRY SAUCE


👩‍🍳When in doubt about what to make for dinner, there’s a fast & easy answer: A stir fry!


They’re fast, simple, and super versatile because you can use just about anything that’s in your fridge. All you need is a delicious sauce to tie it together.


And that is where this recipe comes in. This sauce is GREAT on just about everything – veggies, chicken, fish, seafood, and even beef.


✅TIP: Add the sauce right before the stir fry is finished cooking. You want to add just enough to coat all of your stir fry ingredients.


It also would be delicious over roasted veggies or added to a sheet pan meal in the last 5-10 minutes of cooking.


Ginger Lime Stir Fry Sauce

(makes about ½ cup/120 ml sauce)


● ¼ cup (60 ml) coconut or liquid aminos

● 1 Tbsp sesame oil

● ½ fresh lime, juiced

● ½ Tbsp minced fresh ginger

● 1 clove garlic, minced

● ½ tsp sea salt

● ½ tsp pepper

● (optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup)


Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl. Add to your stir fry in the last few minutes of cooking.
