6 Functional Exercise Circuit



  1. Inchworm down, Elbow to Knee

  2. Squat with front Press, Lunge with torso rotation

  3. Push-up to DB slide

  4. Bridge Up with Chest alternating narrow and wide press

  5. Transverse Lunge with Tricep Extension to Bicep curl

  6. Pushup, arm reach, hop in, to leg extension


Do 8-12 reps each, 1-3 rounds
